Earlier this year Finbar took one more step toward completing its most ambitious development to date, by pre launching Civic Heart luxury apartments in South Perth.

Dear Storyteller’s role in partnering with Finbar on this project was to create a campaign that could bring the promise of Civic Heart to life.

The film paints a vivid picture of life on the South Perth foreshore, from early morning runs, to picturesque sunsets, and socialising at local bars and cafes. To encapsulate the luxury lifestyle that Civic Heart will offer, a spoken word poem was written and voiced by Dear Storyteller’s general manager, Mike Drysdale to accompany the action on screen.

In teaming up with our sister agency Lush, we brought the entire piece together for a successful pre-launch campaign that included digital and TVC formats titled ‘Welcome Home to Civic Heart.’
